General

Most often: B2B SaaS and B2B service firms in the US. If your offer is complex and you need clearer positioning, Scoop can help. If you sell primarily by impulse or entertainment, I’m probably not your best fit.

Yes—especially when a founder-led story needs to become a team story. I’ll be candid if I think your priority should be offer clarity or product basics first.

Most sprints run 2–6 weeks depending on scope. A single landing page can be quicker; a full messaging + site refresh takes longer. We’ll agree on a timeline before starting.

Most work is scoped as a fixed-fee sprint with defined deliverables. After a fit call, you’ll receive a short proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment guidance—no surprises.

Often, yes. I’m used to working with confidential information. If you have an NDA template, share it and I’ll review it.

No. Marketing results depend on many factors. What I provide is a disciplined process, clear deliverables, and communication assets built on evidence and best practices.

Working together

One main point of contact, access to relevant context (sales notes, product docs, analytics if available), and the ability to make decisions when tradeoffs appear. I’ll keep requests organized and reasonable.

Most projects include two structured revision rounds. Feedback is best delivered consolidated (one doc, one voice) to avoid conflicting edits and to keep the work moving.

Yes. I can write into wireframes, provide module-by-module copy, and share handoff notes so implementation is straightforward.
